Crystals for Mental & Emotional Issues

Below is a list of mental and emotional issues and some common crystals which assist with healing. The word ‘emotion’ translates from the Latin word ‘emotere’ meaning energy in motion. Our emotions are sensations felt in the body and it is our physiological reactions that we label as being positive or negative. Emotions are simply that, emotions. No emotion is innately good or bad, so how we respond to the energy of them is what we must become aware of and allow to move through us. Using crystals help to speed up and clarify the process of moving through our emotions.
